What To Expect When You Visit Us
First visit
Your first visit is always free at Ello Orthodontics! During this appointment, you will meet our amazing team and take a tour of our office. X-rays, photographs, and a clinical exam will be completed and Dr. Nguyen will discuss the best treatment for you.
Ready to start?
We can often get started with treatment the same day! To help us, please complete the new patient form before you arrive. Our benefits coordinator will review your insurance benefits and discuss payment options to fit your family’s budget.
Scheduling your next appointment!
Once you have started treatment, Dr. Nguyen will need to see you about every 8 weeks to complete your treatment. We offer convenient hours to accommodate your busy schedule.
Insurance & Financial Information
Ello Orthodontics cares about the affordability of good orthodontic care. We accept most insurances and are happy to be able to offer a variety of payment options to work for you and your family. Please provide us with your insurance information prior to your first visit so that we can review your orthodontic benefits at the consultation.
